1.The automatic pushrod (rubber stopper) inserting machine for YSN‐2 model customized plastic syringe
Automatic syringes & pushrods unscrambling machine:
After the syringes/ pushrods are automatically unscrambled by the lifting hopper and the centrifugal unscramble separately, they are sent to
their own dialing wheels separately.

Automatic pushrod (rubber stopper) inserting machine:
The pushrod dialing wheel is above the syringe dialing wheel, and the rotating of these two dialing wheels is intermittence type. Two
pieces of syringes and two pieces of pushrods are moved by one rotation. At the pushrod inserting station, the syringe and the pushrod should
be moved synchronously. After the syringe is positioned, it is lifted up, firstly the pushrod is little inserted into the syringe, and then at the
pressing station, the pushrod is pushed to the bottom of the syringe by the servo motor. (The distance and the speed of pushrod’s inserting can
be set in the touch screen.)
Rubber stopper inserting machine:
Firstly syringes are sent into the centrifugal unscramble by the lifting hopper, and then along the slide, syringes are sent into the dialing
wheel. After the managing in the vibrator, rubber stoppers are divided into 2 passages, and are sent to the top of the syringe by two pieces per
time. Firstly rubber stopper is little pressed into the syringe by the pressing rod, and when the dialing wheel moves to the stopper pressing
station, stopper will be pressed to the syringe’s bottom by the stopper pressing device which is driven by a set of servo motor. (The distance
and the speed of rubber stopper’s pressing can be set in the touch screen.)
Discharging:
After pushrods & rubber stoppers are assembled well, syringes are rotated to the bottle discharging station by the dialing wheel’s
intermittence rotation, where two pieces of syringes per time are sent on the conveying belt. Then syringes are sent to a slide which is
connected with the filling & capping machine, and the filling is prepared.

Function introduction:
1. Syringes are put into the lifting hopper by manual, and they are automatically lifted into the automatic unscramble.
2. By the rotating centrifugal (vibrating) principle, syringes are managed orderly, and are hang on the output slide. The centrifugal
unscramble reduces the noise greatly.
3. Through the slide, two pieces of syringes per time are handed over to the manipulator to be clamped, then are sent to the filling
station. At the same time, the manipulator turns around by 180degree, and syringe’s small mouth is upward.
4. At the filling station: The filling head presses the syringe’s small mouth to fill. The ceramic rotary valve pump is used in the filling pump,
there is the independent servo motor, and the filling volume and speed can be controlled in the touch screen.
5. When the manipulator turntable gets to the capping station, the manipulator itself turns around by 180degree, and the syringe’s small
mouth is downward.
6. Rubber caps have been managed well by the vibrating machine, and are sent under the syringe. When syringes is rotated to the
capping station, driven by the servo motor, the capping rod will move upward, and the rubber cap will be worn on the syringe’s small
mouth. (The travel and the speed of the cap wearing rod can be set in the touch screen.)
7. When the manipulator turntable rotates to the next station, the syringe is released and collected by the collecting tray, and the whole
process is completed.
